It's one thing to go through the motions of networking, branding and building your craft as an actor but what do you do to support your biggest asset of all - your body? It is necessary to stay healthy and well so that you are primed and ready to walk into that audition room, onstage or on set! Self care is one of the best things you can do for your body and it starts from within.
